When placing an order, it is important to keep in mind that not all products may be immediately available. In some cases, the products may need to be produced specifically for your order. This may result in a longer wait time before your order can be shipped.

The estimated delivery time cannot be displayed in our customer account or "shop" account. Please use the link in your order confirmation email.
Step 1: Find your order confirmation email
The easiest way to check your order status is by accessing your order confirmation. When you place an order for our products, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order information included.
Step 2: View your order
Now that you have your order confirmation, you will need to open it and click the "View your order" button. This should take you to a page with your order status and an estimated wait time.

Potential problems
Please use the link in your order confirmation email. For technical reasons, the estimated delivery time is not displayed when you open the order via your customer account.
Please note, after you have placed your order, it can take up to 48 hours before the estimated time is displayed.
Please make sure that you are logged in. Otherwise the delivery time will not be displayed. When you are asked to log in, please enter your email and order number and click "Log in".
