How to exchange items in a bundle
Do you need to exchange items in a bundle? We can gladly exchange for example the standard neck rubstraint in the bundle for the CUSTOM TAG variant. There is no extra charge, the bundle price increases only by the difference what the CUSTOM TAG variant costs more.
To get started, please create an account in our store and save your shipping address in the account. From there, please tell us the sizes for the products in the bundle as well as the color of the tag and the tag itself.
We will be happy to prepare the order for you, and once it is ready, you can then check everything online and complete the order.
