Information on product availability

On the product page, you'll find important information about the item's stock availability. You will find the information above the Add to cart button.

If you order multiple items, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time.

  • Low stock/In Stock

If you see "Low stock" or "In Stock" on the product page, it means the item is in stock and can be shipped to you immediately.

  • Made-to-order

If you see "Made-to-order" on the product page, it means the item will be specially made for you.

  • Incoming stock

If you see "Incoming stock" on the product page, it means the item is currently out of stock, but will be restocked soon.

  • Sold out

If you see "Sold out" on the product page, it means the item is no longer available and cannot be ordered. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope you find a fitting alternative item.

After placing your order, you can check the estimated delivery time through your customer account (learn more). Our customer service will be happy to provide you with information on current delivery times.

Choice of UPS shipping method

Please note that selecting the UPS shipping method does not influence how quickly the item is dispatched. It only affects the speed at which UPS delivers the package once it has been shipped (learn more).

Please understand that our different collections have varying delivery times due to different production and procurement methods. This means that some items may be available more quickly than others. We do our best to manage these timelines efficiently and fairly.
