U.S. customers: U.S. orders ship with UPS as usual, with no restrictions or delays. Starting August 29, 2025, the U.S. de minimis exemption ends; all imports, including orders valued at USD 800 or less, may incur duties and taxes. UPS will request payment of any import charges before or at delivery.

We want to make sure your package reaches its destination as quickly and as smoothly as possible. In order to do this, it is necessary that the import fees required by customs authorities are paid by the customer in a timely manner, in order to avoid any delays in delivery.

How the import taxes are paid

In most cases, UPS will notify you as soon as the fees can be paid. We recommend that you keep an eye on the tracking of your package for updates. When it's time to pay the fees, you can do so by clicking on the "Pay Now" button. An example of where this button will appear is shown below.

What taxes and fees do I have to pay?

Your import fees are likely to include the following:

  • Costs for customs clearance by UPS (approx. 18€)

  • Local sales tax

Please note that we have no influence on the calculation of the fees. They are calculated and collected directly by UPS or the authorities.
