How to Measure
Choose a soft measure tape, then wrap it around the fullest part of your chest or waist, whichever applies. Make sure the tape is not too loose or too tight against your body, and read the measurement on the tape. You can also use a piece of string and lay it flat on a measuring ruler or yardstick.

Neck
Our collar looks best when worn in the center of the neck. Therefore, please measure your circumference centered below your Adam's apple.
Size 30 | Circumference 30 to 39 cm |

Chest
Take the measurement above your nipples and just under your armpits.
Size 85 | Circumference 85 to 105 cm |

Size 115 | Circumference 115 to 135 cm |
Biceps
Take the measurement for the upper arm cuffs at the narrowest point between the shoulder and the biceps.

Wrist
Our wrist cuffs fit best around the narrowest part of the forearm. Therefore, please measure your circumference at the base of the wrist.

Belly
Our waist belt is worn on the waist, the narrowest part of the abdomen. Measure the circumference at this point.

Thigh
Measure the circumference of your thigh at the point where you want to wear the thigh restraints.

Ankle
Our ankle cuffs are worn slightly above the ankle. Therefore, please measure your circumference above the ankle.
